I think it
is nice to start with explaining the concept of a SES as this made it more
clear. I also like your analysis,
however you talk about 10 variables Ostrom gives, but I cannot find all 10 of
them in the text. Perhaps you could make them more visible by naming and
explaining them. Furthermore, I think you have integrated the piece about
Friedman very accurately.
